| Today, I will give you a brief introduction to the assembly process of Qihui's control assembly. Help everyone better understand the product details of Haohui. Friends can also perform simple disassembly and repair of the control according to this assembly drawing. First, the shell paste main film and emergency stop film
Wipe the box cleanly, keep the flatness and cleanliness of the box. The main film should be pasted and pressed against the contour on the box. There should be no air bubbles, etc. The emergency stop film “STOP” is vertically downward.
Second, install the emergency stop switch
The installation of the emergency stop switch will be highlighted in the next public account, skipping it today.
Third, install the circuit board
First place the four transparent button caps into the four small holes in the case.
3. The connector on the circuit board is filled with silicone oil. The silicone oil of the 8PIN connector needs to cover the PIN pin and label it (special label for the circuit board)。（Note: all connectors in the red box are filled with silicone oil.）。PS: The purpose of adding silicone oil is to waterproof, oil and corrosion, better electrical conductivity, extend the life of the connector and protect the circuit board. )
4. After installing the board, check if the button rebounds. If there is slow rebound or stuck, it needs to be reinstalled.
Fourth, install the handle and buzzerSecure the handle to the housing with the M5*10 screw and tighten (torque 30lb). Plug the handle connector into the board and note that the tab is locked (heep).
The buzzer with the silicone gasket attached is fixed to the housing with a nut (torque of about 20 lb). Because the material of the shell and the buzzer are hard, the silicone gasket is added in the middle, which increases the elasticity between the two, and can play the role of anti-rotation, shock absorption and sealing.
Plug in the buzzer harness (hear the hum), red harness to insert the buzzer +, black plug-in.
The two open terminals on the spring harness are screwed to the emergency stop switch contacts and tightened. The red line corresponds to the 1st position of the contact, the black corresponds to the 2nd position, the connection contact and the emergency stop switch mushroom head, the yellow lock Press the button down (confirm that the lock will not come out).
After finishing the wire harness, fix it with a strip.
5. Attach a label to the inside and outside of the upper control housing, and finally cover the plastic bottom cover. A total control achievement is assembled.
